  1. There is two things that it could have been.

    1. Astral Projection. That is when your spririt rises out of your body but your actual body stays behind. Astral Projection is also referred to as an out of body experience.

    2. Sleep Paralysis. This is when your whole body his paralyzed and you can't move. Most of the time people have horrific hallucinations.

  2. I recommend you to see a doctor.

  3. This happened to me a couple times a few years ago. One time I was dreaming I was in the shower (weird??) and I just started floating out of it. I had NEVER had dreams where I was floating before so it made me wake up. Except when I tried to move my limbs they wouldn't move and it was like I could feel my "spirit" body shaking and writhing but my physical limbs weren't moving. I guess a lot of people say the sleep paralysis thing (as above), but since I'm into paranormal stuff it's always reminded me of astral projection.

A lot of people say they can astrally project (separate their spirit and physical body) but I have never been able to do it. To do so must take immense concentration and this great comfort in the willingness to totally detach. You probably have to be realllllly relaxed. Like asleep?

Have you ever had a dream where you woke up, and it felt like your bed kind of shook like you had just fallen into your body? Those kind of incidents make me think that we kind of separate when we sleep and only rarely will we ever notice it.

Anyway, I guess the point is, you shouldn't be scared. Sometimes it can be scary but nothing bad has ever come of it for me. I think it's probably a natural phenomenon, whether astral or just a case of sleep paralysis.

  4. You were abducted.

  5. sounds like an Out Of Body Experience.  The beginning of Astral Projection !  I used to practice trying it, but never really managed to do it.

Maybe you have 'powers' that you don't know realize!?  Hone them, or ignore them & they'll fade away rather quickly if you don't want to develop them.  It's up to you.

There's a really good book about Astral Projection by Richard Bach  "A Bridge Across Forever" if you want to learn about details of someone else's experience.

  6. It's called sleep paralysis, I have it too it can be quite scary|

  7. your possessed

  8. Is it possible you were dreaming? this has happened to me before, especially feeling like I'm falling like from a tall building. the feeling is veryreal, but it can be a dream.

  9. I KNOW! its really freaky, aint it? and its terrible, because you dont breath fast enough, and your heart rate goes up, so its really uncomfortable. its called sleep paralysis. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sleep_paral...

that explains everything. good news is it isnt bad for you, just annoying. the bad news is that there really isnt anything you can do about it.

  10. if you think this is real and you believe so why don't you tell your parents, maybe you are incubating a sort of illness that if you don't intervene immediately you might encounter much bigger outcome later on. otherwise my self opinion i think you are having just a night mare that you believe you are awake but in reality you are asleep.

and the other aspect is that you are practicing spiritism, which is widely known in the states as offensive as well for  young or old.

this practice is harmful and proven african or afrocitizen all over the world they keep or kept this practice, mainly part of africa, themselves they will relate you their experience after their ritual seance how they are being persecuted by bad spirit and this is not a joke you have to take it seriously.

  11. Nevermind on my first answer...I didn't read it closely. You're feeling your body go to sleep. Your body puts itself in a state of paralysis during REM sleep. Don't fret...most people don't get to notice this feeling ever.

  12. OBE if your not druged up just go with the flow and let your self go its freaky at first teen find it easyier for some reason thats got to do with the brain changes , word of warning though if your having head aches or your eye sight is playing up go see a doc and get your Blood pressure checked

  13. are you sure you weren't dreaming?!

  14. ?? Im no expert but you might have positioned yourself in a bad way and cut the blood to your entire body... no idea how but were you sleeping in an uncomfortable position? it doesnt seem possible but I cant think of anything else.

see a doctor, tell you parents. could be serius

  15. Probably like astral projection. When your spirit leaves your body during sleep. Normal.

But it could be something else.

  16. Telepathic. This happens to me, only when I try though. If you practice this, and think about a certain person, in time you will be able to see what the person is doing, and such. Maybe I'm weird, maybe not, that's YOUR decision. Hope I helped.

  17. It's possible you were simply dreaming. But I don't mean to trivialize your experience. Keep a pen and paper near your bed. If it happens again try relaxing. Breathe deeply and slowly. Open your eyes, if you can. If you can't, relax and try your other senses (hearing, touch, smell, taste) and note any specific sensations. Monitor your emotional state. Is it only fear that you are feeling? When you feel that you can move again, write down the details.

If this phenomena disturbs you, talk to a parent or physician. Use your notes to explain exactly what happened.

  18. This feeling you are getting isnt magic or anything special its your brain disconnecting from your body before you fall asleep, most people dont even feel this but if you watch someone that falls asleep a few mins after they zonk out you will notice their whole body flinch this is the same thing
