Help! what is wrong nd how can i fix it?

every night it takes hours to fall asleep and then i have to get up early for school and stuff, i feel sleepy all day but as soon as its time to sleep, i just cant!, i wake up every morning tired and try not to sleep all day but it doesn't seem to help, ive tried natural sleeping tablets and stuff , but no help, i thought it was maybe insomnia, but I'm not sure what it is, its been like this for months, how can i help this?

  1. Because of the summer months out of school, you have somehow turned your internal clock. try going to bed early a couple of nights and then start going at the time you really should, hopefully, your clock will turn the right direction so that you sleep at night.
