Help.. what should I do?

I'm 17 and my mother simply doesn't wanna let me live! I can't go to a disco or a coffee at night, I can't wear a mini skirt, I can't have 3 ear rings... I can't do nothing that every body's at my age usually do..

what shall I do?? I wish I could leave home but I can't find nowhere to go..

help plz!

hey...i think that your mother don't wanna let you do whatever you like because she feels afraid about you... she thinks that you'd still her Little girl.  anyway why do you wanna do Sacha  things.. where i live  there is no disco or coffees at night.. i am sure that you are asking why.. here's why .. because it is not  a good thing for a girl to stay out at night .. well maybe we are not in the same country and we are not doing the same things but that doesn't change the situation... anyway do whatever you like i just wanted to advice you... bye

Don't worry you will be out on your own soon enough. It can be very frustrating. Have you told her that it is just a form of expression? Have you told her your not going to turn into an axe murderer because you have three earrings? Did you ask her to give you a fair curfew and keep it properly? Or are you forbidden to do these things because you've gotten in trouble before? Or maybe its because she is the boss while you live under her roof. And you can do what you want when you grow up and live on your own.

You need to calmly talk to your mother.

Calmly.

Say you appreciate that she cares a great deal about you, but you would really enjoy a bit more freedom. Tell her that you promise you will be careful going to a disco.

Do this calmly because if you get angry, your mother will think that you are too immature, and take your rights away.

Remember that your mum is only doing this because she cares a great deal about you, and doesn't want to see you get hurt.
