well I'm actually about to turn 16 too, and I'm going to the mall, and getting professional photographs taken. its a place called 'glamour shots' or something. they do makeup, hair, and backgrounds of your choosing. its cool, you get to feel like a celebrity. and then my closest friends will probably go out at a nice restaraunt with me.
