  1. gift card.

gift certificate to a SPA or something.

  2. A beautiful card and a foot rub, pregnant women love a good foot rub.  Light some candles in the bedroom and make it as nice as possible.  Have a nice evening talking about the upcoming event and don't forget to rub those feet.

Or you could give her a gift card for a spa, after the baby comes.

  3. get her a nice lady handbag...dude.

  4. An appointment with a massage therapist, a pedicure, manicure, facial... all things to help her feel rested, pampered and beautiful.  She will love you for thinking about her being pampered.

Good luck and congratulations on the upcoming new little one.

    tex

  5. a braclet and necalace with her birthstone

  6. Just to let you know most salons won't give a pregnant woman a foot rub because it is believed it can induce labor.  I don't believe there is really much to that, but I've been turned away before when pregnant.  They just won't take the chance.

If she said no gifts, then a gift card is out.  Start with a card that you write something incredibly romantic in.  maybe describe how you felt when you first met her, or when you found out she was pregnant.  Woman love the mushy stuff in cards.  I have about three really great cards my husband wrote in that I read from time to time.

I would then cook her a nice meal.  After dinner have her favorite movie ready in the dvd player.  Have the popcorn, her favorite movie candy, some soda or (milk in her case).

If you can't cook, then cheat and bring home her favorite takeout, a movie bucket with all the goodies in it.

Or find a movie in the park somewhere and pack a picnic.

Or get her a bag together for the hospital.....she needs it anyway.

    A nice bag to take

    Camera with film

    Puzzles to do while waiting

snacks she can eat after she delivers

    toiletries she will need

pajamas/gown and slippers (you can get her new)

Comfy clothes to go home in

A nice photo album with pictures you all have taken during her pregnancy

(google what to take to the hospital for a complete list)

If you want to spend money...then get her a photo session to get pictures of the beautiful belly and mommy.

  7. Ok.  Where were you guys the first time you met?  Before the weddings, the baby/babies?  Is it a place that's local,  or within an hours drive of your house?   Why not take her out to dinner at her favorite restaurant?  Just the two of you?  Or pack a picnic up (including pillows for her to lay/lean on), enlist the help of a good friend who can keep it a secret, and send them to set it up, and take her to a scenic lookout, or the beach, followed by a dip in the ocean?  or a day at her favorite place - could be a walk through a rain forest, or a walk along the beach, or a trip to the movies.  Basically, the idea is to make her feel like a princess for a day, and re-ignite the passion that was there that made you two fall in love in the first place...because guaranteed once the baby comes along, you won't get much of a chance to do something like that!!!!!!!!!!!!

  8. A neck-less and a ring that both have her birth stone. Then give it to her at a  fancy restaurant!
