tarapnay pe may re na phir tum hasoo gaay, kabhi kisi say dil laga ker to dekho

what does it mean?

last time I asked I got these 2 different translations:

-torturing me, you will never smile again...

just fall in love with someone and you'll see [what i mean]

and

-You will not laugh on my suffering once you fall in love with someone

  1. this is a hindi song, and the girl or guy who is deeply in love with some one, and  is hurting deeply to be inlove so much, but the other person is so dumb or did not give a dam about the lover's suffering ,and making fun of her pure love,so she or he is telling that, if you think the way i am suffering in love and hurting, some time you try to love deeply or involve in deep true love with some one,and that person will not care about you and your love then you will understand, what tarture i am getting to be in love with some one.this is the explanating of the song.

the wordly translation is exactly the second person's answer,as "you will not laugh on my suffering, once you try to fall in love with some one.

both translations are correct, but the first one is the word to word translation from hindi or urdu, but the second one is the the central idea in correctly put in english language as english translation of the song.

  2. The later version is the correct one.

  3. the correct way to write the above is as follows.

Tadapne par mere na phir tum hasogay, kabhi kisie se dil laga kar to dekho.

The second translation is near the correct one.  It means

On my suffering you will never laugh, once u fall in love with someone.
