Help me.. I'm planning to shift to another course but I'm confused. If I'll shift a lot of money and uniforms will turn to waste. But I often think that nursing is not for me. But when you graduate it is easy money and easy to get abroad.

A lot of people and my sister is saying me it not worth it when you graduate from being a nurse. But my mom likes me to take this course.

  1. just like you said it is easy money but the work is pretty challenging....not to mention schooling and what not. do what you would like to do. something that will make you happy. parents are there just to suggest things but they aren't always the right thing. you shouldn't always follow what they say. but if it is for your own good then go with it. for me i would rather have a job that is decent pay and something i love to do than something that is higher pay but totally is not my thing. you know what i mean? in the long run you will see the rewards in that. i did not just get that all from the top of my head but from hearing others and from my family in different careers. now i don't know what your interests are but if you need any other help you can email me at a7x_836@yahoo.com. oh and by any chance is your name lauren? i have a friend that has the same exact username! it might just be a coincidence though...haha i hope this helps.

  2. It is not that easy, and if you don't like it you should not continue.  Perhaps you can sell your uniform and books to another student.

there are many other areas in healthcare=--for instance repiratory therapist is in very high demand in the US, so it would be a good degree to get if you like it.
