Help will recycling research?

I having a hard time finding statics on the Nassau County, Fl recycling compare to Duval County, FL recycling program. I looked many places, but haven't come up with anything. I would appericate the help if anyone could.

Go to links for data on lbs. recycled in different categories.  Oldish data.  Check the county clerk site to see if there is anything else.
