Help with 2001 Nissan Maxima Audio Sysytem Upgrade ( Non Bose)?

Hi I was thinking of upgrading my standard audio system to a better system because my current speakers are a littile cracky. Currenty the car has 4 speakers and 2 tweeters that produce 130 watts est. I like the deck so I want to keep the deck. I am more interested in surround sound than thumping sound but I do need a wooffer but not an explosive one. By Max budget is $600. My initial plan was to get 4 speakers, a 4 channel amp and a 200 watt wooffer and still keep the 2 tweeters. But since I am getting a woofer would I need a 7 channel amp since I have 7 speakers including the tweeters and the sub? And Also I dont want the wooffer to go in the trunk! For the bose version Maxima the woofer is located on the back center of the car! What should I get?

WHOA THIS IS QUITE A JOB. THE WOOFER FIRST I WOULD GO WITH A SHALLOW WOOFER SO THAT WAY YOU CAN VIRTUALLY PUT THIS ANYWHERE. AS FAR AS AMP 7 CHANNEL I NEVER SEEN OR HEARD OF ONE CHEAP. EARTHQUAKE HAS ONE BUT IT RUNS ABOUT 3 THOUSAND PLUS IT FOR EXPLOSIVE AMPS. JUST LOOK AROUND FIRST HERE ARE A FEW WEBSITE FOR AMPS AND WHAT NOT
