Help with AMD Sempron!!!!?

Hi... I need to know the type of hard disk of this computer : amd sempron 2800+ 2,2 ghz 120 gigabyte....can anyone say me please if it's IDE or SATA ???? Please be sure if you answer :)

most likely sata but the only way to know is to see the system itself. just take out the drive. if the ribbon cable is thin but wide its ide if its thin and not wide its sata.

I would need a MOBO model. Remove the side panel(power off, and don't touch anything you don't have to) if its a broad grey "ribbon cable" its IDE. If its a narrow (usually) red one its SATA. You should be able to figure ut the remaining ports from that.

Your processor has nothing to do with what type of interface your hard drive uses.
