Help with Access Logs?

Ever since the redesign of my Y! store a couple of weeks ago my access logs have stopped collecting data. The store redesign was done by a Y! designer, but I can’t get help troubleshooting this problem from them or Yahoo. The logs roll daily, but they collect almost no info. Does anyone know what would cause this to happen? (I know there is traffic because I participate in sponsored search and use Google Analytics). Thanks

  1. Was the domain name originally registered through Yahoo. IF the domain name was transferred then you may not get the correct site statistics.

    Make sure the log folder in your File Manager has not been deleted.

    Make sure under access log setup keep is not set to "0"

    Check the roll access log setting. (daily, weekly or monthly)

    Check the time log to be generated. Time is in GMT
