  1. First one:

    6x^2 + x - 2 = 0

    (3x + 2)(2x -1) = 0

    x = -2/3, 1/2

    Second one use the quadratic formula. Which is a pain to type out here. Look in the sources for the formula.

  2. i give you a link so you can study how to solve this easily

    http://www.josechu.com/ecuaciones_polino...

    read in the section "second degree equation (or quadratics)"

  3. 6X^2 + X = 2

    First get the equation to equal zero

    6X^2 + X - 2 = 0

    This one will break into factors pretty easily if you just work with it for a few minutes.

    (3X + 2) (2X - 1) = 0

    Then set each factor equal to zero and solve

    3X + 2 = 0

    3X = -2

    X = -2/3

    2X - 1 = 0

    2X = 1

    X = 1/2

    So you're answer is X = -2/3 , 1/2

    For the second one, you can't factor it yourself, you have to use the quadratic formula.

  4. these r hard and ugly...sory but i tried but i had algebra last year and i cnt really remember how 2 solve these thingies

  5. Both can be solved with the quadratic formula:

    x=[-b +/- sqrt(b^2-4ac)]/2

    Only the first one can be solve without the formula:

    (3x+2)(2x-1) = 0

  6. Hey  yunge, this a simple equations & u slove it by Algebra.

    6x^2+x =2   or  6x^2+x-2 =0 Now u use "SHRIDARACHARYA RULE"

        then u get solution x= -1+7/12 = 6/12 =1/2 =0.5

                                          x= -1-7/12  =-8/12=-2/3

    3x^2+10x+5 =0  or   x =-10+2{10}/6

                                         x=-10-2{10}/6             {}= Under root

    u get exact answer of ur first equ... but u can't get exact answer of ur second equ............
