Help with Big Brother 10 24/7 live footage???

I've already downloaded everything, and paid the $39.95, but for some reason I cant view it. It says "You cannot recieve this content. You do not have enough network bandwidth. More information is available at the RealNetworks customer Support Website."

I've already gone to the website and switched my bandwidth, but it's still not working......what am I doing wrong?? Thanks!
