  1. Identify what is bothering you the most and think to yourself, whats the absolute worst thing that can happen? You'll soon realise that its not as bad in reality as it is in your head. Also remember that people see you with all the negative associations that you think they see you. Most of this stuff is in your head, and you just need to conquer it

  2. i suffer from it as well, stay active stay positive. if I'm not at work i work out... i run on weekends. set small goals and accomplish them. most important stay positive.

  3. There are many individuals that suffer from the same thing, including myself.  My advice is to take medication.  It really works wonders for me.  Many people shy away from medicine, but if you had high blood pressure, would you not take medicine for it?  The same reasoning applies here.  Good luck and God bless.

  4. A good mental outlook is a start. If you have a good medicine, Ativan, it might help! It slows down your electrical impulses up and down the spine! It is a good traqualizer, if not abused!

  5. well for me to help u, i need to know your symptoms.  i too suffer from anxiety, but i only get anxiety when im feeling sick.  im never sick, i get one cold a year, and i maybe get a fever once every 3 years.  never had flu, strep, bronchitis, pnemonia, stomach flu, so whenever i experience weird random symptoms, i panic.  like lately ive been having slight heart palpitations so ive been all panicky.

i see a Licenced Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)  and its not very effective because  i have a strong mind.

but what does hellp is if i take, slow long deep breaths.

breathe in through your nose for 7-8 seconds, then hold it for a few seconds, then slowly release through your mouth, and that might help calm you down.

i am not a fan of medication, but if yours isnt working anymore, maybe u need to try a new one.

exercise also helps, go for a jog, go for a brisk walk with a friend, or go to the gym more often, thats supposed to release good chemicals in your brain.

try to take up a new hobby, and spend more time with friends to try to distract you a little.

if u have a significant other, or a very very close friend, ask if it is ok if you vent and confide in them in moments of panic, in time, talking to them will be calming and re-assuring to u.

i think some foods contribute to anxiety, try to limit caffeine, and overly greasy or salty foods.

this website might also be beneficial to u since i dont know much about your specific anxiety.

just know, your fine, and everything will be ok and u just need to stay calm and try to think logically.

    good luck!! and feel better!!

message me if u need any advice!
