Help with Irregular Periods??

My periods are irregular. I started about 3 or 4 months ago. How do I know when the next one's comin so t doesn't soak throguth and stain my underwear(it has happened before)

  1. Have you considered going on the pill? This makes your period more predictable and regular (It also makes them lighter and less painful, and helps with acne too)

  3. Ok. So. If you JUST started your menstrual cycles a few months ago, it could take up to 6 mos. to a year for them to become "predictable".

    I'm 17 right now and have had my periods since I was about 11, and my periods JUST started to become regular after I started taking the "pill".

    I wouldn't suggest starting the "pill" until you know if you will become regular naturally/on your own, or you become sexually active.
