Question:

Help with Korean Style Ribs?

A family member gave me a couple of packages (around 2 lbs) of thinly sliced "Korean Style Ribs," and a bottle of marinade. Can these be cooked in a cast iron skillet? I don't have a grill and all recipes I found for them say to be cooked over open flames. Any tips?

  1. I've cooked them in a grill-style pan on the stove before, and they came out great, so you should have no problems with the cast iron pan. The meat is so thin that it cooks quickly, just watch that you don't overcook them.

Korean bbq has become a favorite in our house and we use the marinade on just about anything (beef, pork, chicken).

    Happy cooking!
