Help with MAC!!!! It keeps ?

There is something that keeps talking whenever I move my mouse or click on something or type!!! What is this and how do I turn it off??? Please help!!! I wan to listen to music but I can't if it keeps on!!! PLEASE HELP! I'm desperate!

  1. Ok dont worry, this is an easy fix.

    Go to system preferences, and under system choose "speech" with the microphone above it. Then choose the second tab that says "text to speech" and uncheck all the options that say "convert txt to speech" or anything like that.
