Help with MTV's virtual life?

okay so ive logged in and it wont teleport me to where i want to go. it didn't work the last time i tried it so i had to download it again which took around 10 minutes. can you please explain to me what to do incase im doing something wrong.

if you are having trouble then you should email support. they are usually fixing the system alot, so it could be that.
