  2. Sounds like you are now lactose intolerant. Things change threwout life. allergies can come on later in life. Just see a doctor about it, they can normally prescribe somethign to help you out.

  3. each time we are pregnant it can be a completely different experience. on my second pregnancy, my hair changed color! seriously, it got a color that it never was before and it stayed that way. babies affect our system in a whole lot of ways. it is possible, that the pregnancy had nothing to do with this. if you can't drink milk or milk products anymore, it's okay. there are other things you can eat and drink. you may have acquired lactose intolerance or something. hon, don't eat 50 piece's of laxatives, whoa! Milk is a good source of vitamin D, so just take a vitamin pill, one that covers all the vitamins, one-a-day or something like that. You will find other things, with time, that will take the place of what you think you are missing. We all have to adjust to our health conditions, instead of controlling them. some, we just can't control. look online, or call your local pharmacist. the pharmacy should be able to give you a few tips on how to start dealing with this. there are products like cheese, butter, even ice cream that somehow don't have milk in them. only when we have to, is when we notice these things. good luck to you and don't feel alone, millions are dealing with this as well. when we start out at kids, we think nothing can happen to us, when we grow up, we realize that we are just human, God be with you.

  4. You have probably either developed a milk allergy or lactose intolerance.  If it is intolerance, it is caused by your failure to produce sufficient lactase--the digestive enzyme that digests milk.  You can buy products over the counter to replace the lactase and make it possible for you to tolerate some milk products--you might give them a try and see if they help.

  5. go to the doctor
