Help with Mythic patcher?

i have open beta and head start but mythic patcher wont let me log on it just keeps going back to where it asks me for my sn and password i do have an account on warhammer and mythic what do i do

I have the same problem, and the best word on the internet seems to be:

1) Servers should have been up today (monday) so you can patch the game ONLY.

2) You can't really login to PLAY until September 7th.

I'm disappointed, and hope I'm proved wrong tomorrow by at least being able to patch in advance, but it looks like we can't play till the 7th.

At this time, there is no widespread official explanation.

And remember, open beta is not the same as closed beta.  Open beta will get in later.
