Help with .PHZ extension and JAVA 6 sdk.?

Question

1) I got a visual c++ 6 iso image with an PHZ extension on it.

I can not mount it using any of the drive emulation softwares

Is there anybody who knows how to use it?

2)Also downloaded Java 6 sdk update 17 and installed it?

Which is the application file that I need to run in order to write code/program in it.

For the JAVA , you can use NETBEANS IDE http://www.netbeans.org/downloads/

Also there are Eclipse IDE.

AND for PHZ ... (I am not sure because i have not gotten any phz image)  try to use "ALL FILES (*.*)" in the type(s) field and select the image and mount
