Help with PS3 port forwarding?

I am trying to play GTA4 online, sometimes it works, but most the time it tells me "Disconnected because your Router/NAT is too strict." Any help at all??

Depending on the router you have. First check if you have updated it to the latest firmware version. Then check if you have UPnP enabled. If both don't work here are the ports you need to open.
