Help with Period trouble??

When I get my period, I usually have a heavy flow on the third or second day. Right now its my third day.. REALLY HEAVY. How can I know when to change pads at school when I'm not allowed to go to the bathroom a lot? And can you wear tampons if you haven't done s*x yet?

you can wear tampons once you get your period.  personally, they are sooo much more convienent to use especially during school.  if your period is really heavy, you just need super tampons and change them every 4ish hours.  i usually change mine during lunch and then right when i get home with no problem at all.  and if your afraid it might leak, you can just wear a liner to make sure it doesn't.  hope i helped :]

Yes, you can wear tampons without being sexually active. There isn't a lot you can do about knowing when to change them. After awhile you'll be able to know the pattern of your period more and know about how long you can go before changing them.

My only suggestion is to wear a pad for a very heavy flow.
