Help with Perurail.com?

I am attempting to buy tickets to go from Cusco, Peru to M. Picchu, Peru, but when I attempt to book the tickets on Perurail.com it always rejects my request. I can see that there is availbility, and there is nothing wrong with my card (I checked with the VISA company). Has anyone else had this problem? Were you able to fix it? HELP!!

I think the problem relies on how PERURAIL works regarding tickets from Cuzco to Macchu Picchu. You just can't buy in advance. Tickets are sold one day before you depart.

I've been to Cuzco 5 times and went to Macchu Picchu by train in 4 of those occations and everytime we had our tickets bought the day before (or 2 days before). Don't worry about not getting a space in the train, for I've never found myself in that position.

Before arrival, contact your hotel (or hostel) and make them buy your tickets for the day you want to go.
