Help with R4 cant remember!?

Question

i have an r4 and i wanted a video to watch on it so i formated it by chaning it to microsoft word (from properties "open with" ) and then converting it to dpg format by using moon shell tools by the way it was a rm or rmvb that i converted but now i cant remeber how it did it and i am not lieing i did do it, its possible

It's easiest to just download preconverted movies at DPGHost.

okay i know to get the video you gota drag the file onto the sd card but im guessing to convert it to the right format you gota know what format r4 saports.
