Help with R4 please?

I have used a 1gb memory card in the past - no problems , bought a 2gb card and loaded ROMS on to it.

When I switch DS on -get the following message--NDS.menu,dat missing.

I formated the disk and tried again-same thing, does the R4 only accept 1gb cards?

No. What you were supposed to do is to open the cotenets of your sd card by inserting it into the computer using the USB thing that comes with your R4.

Here are the steps I belive you must follow to fix it.

1. Put in old SD card through usb thing.

2. Copy ALL of the files into the old SD card and copy/cut paste it in any random folder.

3. Take out old SD card and put in a new SD card. Place all of the files from the old one (now in folder) in the new one.

Now you're all good to go. You needed to have placed all of the files. Not just the games. Because if it says the menu was missing then you forgot to put it in the new one which is the most important thing.

WAIT for the page to load.

take roms out and put it in a folder where u can retrieve them later

extract the files and replace the ones in the 2 GB card

put games back
