Help with Samsung VP-D362 Camcorder? Wont upload videos? Help please.?

I'm trying to upload my recorded footage from my camcorder to my computer. However i can play the footage, so i know it's there, but whenever i try to transfer it to make it into files i can send, it only takes still pictures. How can i fix this? The model of camcorder is in the title. Fastest accurate answer gets 10 points and my thanks!
