Help with Sidekick slide!?!?

My Sidekick slide's battery completely died, and when i plugged it into the computer to charge, all of my contacts and all my backgrounds i had bought were gone. Does anyone know what's wrong and how I can fix it?

well if its not activated  yet then it will do that and you have to go back and put it in it sucks i had this happen to my sidekick id whenever its not activated it does that and usually it goes back

yours is activated right? if so then it should come back but if not call t-mobile

it wont show up if there saved 2 ur memory card but when u disconnect it they will come back

do what shon.c said but if that doesn't work you should call t_mobile.
