Help with Sims 2 - again?

So i was woundering, do you need another sims 2 CD to get the sims 2 cars.

Since i am very depressed with my sims. "ive only got the normal PC sims 2"

So it only has all the basic stuff my mum wont let me download anything.

Any tips? (Answer my questions please)
