Help with Sociology question??

What are the differences between Karl Marx view of class and Max Weber's ? Do you think one is better than the other... explain..? - - thanks.

Marx - He believed that capital was the soul decider of power/social class - i.e. the ones who own the resources were the ones in control.

Weber - believed that not only capital, but religeon also played a roll...

Both fall under Conflict theory, but one believed that there were more factors than money/resources that determined one's power...

Personally, I'm a Marxist (some people would call me a commie), although I don't believe there is one view that is better than the other...
