I aint a male but I hear it is painful for a male when they get check for stds because they slide a q tip down in that tiny pee pee hole that you got..... To  take a sample to test it.!!!!

Modern day STD testing is humane, they can just take a urine sample (unless your doc wants to be mean and do a swab, which can hurt)

HIV testing requires a blood test.

they stick a cuetip like thing up your hole..more uncomfortable then anything!!!..
