Help with Ticket. Fee is too much?

I've been given a ticket for $128.50 for 'passed 3 veh... bicycle lane only' section 316.1995. I've looked up the law and found these links >2007->Ch0316->Sectionhttp://www.leg.state.fl.us/Statutes/index.cfm?App_mode=Display_Statute&URL=Ch0318/ch0318.htm for the chapter it's punishable by. In the second link I can only find thist statement "(3)(a) Except as otherwise provided in this section, $60 for all moving violations not requiring a mandatory appearance".. I can't find anything that provides a reason for the additional $68

I am in Ohio and i see the statute you are citing is Florida, so I will take an educated guess that the additional $68 is adminstrative costs assessed in writing and processing the citation.

If in doubt, you can contact your Clerk of Courts and ask them over the phone. They will explain the cost structure to you.
