Help with Time Warner cable Free Movies on Demand?

It doesn't work. I can't play the movie. The parental control is off. I don't know what else it could be. Any ideas? Don't just say call Time Warner.

4 hours??? dont listen to this moron ....i want u to go to the back of ur t.v. and locate the black power cord that goes into the wall that is connected to the cable box and i need u to unplug it. keep it unplugged for 30 seconds ...plug back in u will see boot on the box...wait until time comes back on ..turn on t.v. u will see passport or mystro which is good that means its loading ......then t.v. will go on to default channel 1999 then i want u to check free movies on demand to see if u can play a movie..if not then u have to call time warner cable support ..and they will try n troubleshoot with u n allu have to say is that u did a hard boot and it didnt work.

How is that possible?

If it doesn't work just unplug your cable box for 4 hours and then it should definitely work.
