Help with Xerox DC 440ST Machine

Question

Sir i bought a DC 440ST machine with network .It worked fine fine for few days but now i am facing problem that the xerox machine is not coming in my network .the engineer here in India has diagnosed the problem as software corrupted for the network printer to be ready.Pl help me with the software needed to make the machine working again and also the procedure to do it.Thanks in advancewarm [e-mail]
