Help with a 9 pin s-video plug?

where could i find a 9 pin s-video connector at the end is a hdtv rca connector

and also can this transmit sound because i want to use it as a video and audio out for my computer

The best you will find is a 9 pin to  component. No you cannot use this for audio at all.

Try on-line for the cables there are hundreds of sources.
