I Found a Chinese recipe website, but when i used a Internet translator, the recipe came out like this:

all the food amounts are in grams! i don't know anything about grams.

Does anyone know how to read this? If so can you tell me how much to use of each ingredient using standard american measurements? ( Teaspoon, Tablespoon , Cup , ect.)

you're going to have to do more research... grams is weight and cups, tablespoon and teaspoon is volume.

each has a different density so the volumes are different.  

For example, 1 pound of lettuce is a lot more volume than 1 pound of rice.
