Help with a Kodak EasyShare C813?

Question

when i turn i turn it on the opening screen says Lens Errror: 111,0,0,0.

then it goes to a black screen that says Lens Error: 221,0,0,0.

im guessing the lens is jammed or somethng, or its just freaking out. is there like a sequence of buttons i can press to totally reset the camera maybe? or am i gonna have to take it somewhere to get it fixed or can i fix it myself somehow?
