Help with a Vietnamese translation?

My friend and I had a pretty harsh conversation about his Vietnamese heritage and he gave me this sentence and left a puzzling comment alongside it.

"s**+ notsu col ruts bak ne."

I'd appreciate any help.

Just kidding ! That is not Vietnamese and It does not sound like Vietnamese.
