Is there a keyboard shortcut which will allow me to close multiple windows simultaneously?

Alt + F4 a lot of times should do the trick and it will even shut down windows for you

if you want something to quickly hide windows when somebody is coming, try "double desktop". if not, Alt+F4 will close 1 window, WindowsKey+D will minimize everything.

u can minimise all windows by using Window+D
