Help with a bee sting ?

so when i was at soccer practice today a bee got down my shoe and stung me through the sock, i got ice and sting ez on it pretty quick, but i have practice tomorrow morning is there anything else i can do besides ice and what not. i need to be able to run tomorrow morning, and it's already pretty swollen. any suggestions???

  1. Nothing is going to take the swelling down but ice. Sorry but you may have to sit this practice out. Being up on a swollen foot will only make it swell more. I'd keep icing it down as much as possible. The baking soda won't work for taking the swelling down, just for taking the pain and burn from a sting away.


  2. A folk remedy is mixing vinegar and baking soda. Put the fizzing mixture on the sting spot. Let it fizz and dry. It works for a lot of people.  

  3. Try using toothpaste, this may sound rediculous but it works great i got bit by a bull ant just the other day (belive it or not the appear in my forest)
