Help with a complicated situation?

A best friend and I are hosting a party that will be held in a party bus that drives for 3 hours but we need a destination.

I live in Miami,Florida.

Our budget is $1,000 & the bus costs about $850 itself including tax,tip,and drinks.

That leaves us $150 for extra costs.

I need to find a destination spot that I will be able to afford and fit 40 people into.
