Help with a daily schedule with 4 kids 6,3,2,1?

I need help starting a daily schedule for me and the kids. 6,3,2,1 My house and everyone in it is suffering because we are not on a schedule or anything close to it.

My goodness, you have your hands full! I'd be dialing Nanny 911 or getting professional help in order to get on a schedule. You can try to write something up, though, and go from there. Yes, it will be hectic and not flow correctly for a while, but just keep trying to stick to a set schedule you make. The older kids will eventually get the hang of it and the younger ones will, too.

Make a chart with all the things that happen each day. Dont be overly specific with times, so it can be easily managed if you need to change something.

Before you do that you could make a list of all the things you do or need to do during the day and plan it out according to you so things flow more smoothly.
