Help with a feeding routine.?

Question

I have a planted 30g with a pair of pearl gourami, 5 zebra danio, 3 leopard cories, a bristlenose pleco, and a pakistani (yo yo) loach.

I have flake food, shrimp pellets, algae wafers and garlic extract (aquarium grade). What would be the best daily/weekly feeding routine given the fish and food at hand. Should I get any other type of food. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

I know nothing about the benefits of feeding garlic either unless you are worried about ich.  

Let your fish decide what they like to eat.  Search online for your specific fish and tweak it.  From there only give your fish what they will consume within 1 or 2 minutes.  Fish always act like they are hungry but actually can go days without food.  Never overfeed.  Especially in a 30 Gal.  This is a touch and go situation.  I'll say again let your fish decide.
