Help with a flash toy?

i remember this flash toy i once saw on internet, it was a windy day and there was a silhouette of a man who was hanging to something... you could pick the man and swing it and it took you to another scene, and again you could swing the little guy, i remember one of the last screens features some buildings and you have to remove them from the earth... and one scene was the man clinging on a mill can someone help me to find it again?

those? I have those but i don't know if that's what your talking about. they have little stick figures on them that do things and animate and if you connect them together they will move from one screen to the next.
