Help with a friend that's a girl?

ok so one of my gal friends is having some troubles in life, mostly centered around her family. she cant tell me the details or anything but it has to do with her and a guy... you fill in the rest. we are both sophomores and i was just wondering what to do? shes like my sister... and i really want to help her but im not really sure how to approach it, or her for that matter. another thing is that we fought just a week ago about her and this guy, and i think that lead to her sneaking out to do see him in the middle of the night and getting caught...

help would be great!!

Just let her know that you're there for her no matter what. Make sure she knows she can talk to you about anything and everything, even if that means you have to sit through a conversation about this guy you and her parents don't like. Don't bother her about it, but just make sure she knows you're there for her. If she wants to talk to you, she will, if not, at least you offered.

i think the only thing you can do is be there for her every step through this and just not talk about him and when she realizes the guy is a jerk be there for her even more
