Help with a hairy lip please?

my friends' uncles' cousins' cats first owners daughter has a single hair growing out of her lip.her relatives are too scared to pull it out, can she get a rash from this?

Does this girl actually know that this hair is on her lip?

Or are her relatives in a conspiracy against her?if so this is very mean

If this problem is true i think she should wax the hair off and then pluck it every time it shows up.

its only a single hair, just pluck it out with tweezers it wont do anything!
