Help with a laptop problem on my rights on warranty.TEN POINTS WILL BE GIVEN?

My lcd screen on my laptop has a line throught it virticaly.It is still under warrenty for 2 months. this has already happend and they fixed it now i have th problem again.Can i get my money back or a new laptop.or a credit note .will give best answer.

  1. Usually, they like to repair it at least a few times.  Then, if it happens again, they MAY provide you with a new laptop.  However, you will NOT be entitled to your money back because they are willing to repair/replace the laptop.


  2. The manufacturer has the right to repair or replace.  Reread your warrenty again.  States do have lemon laws but varies by state.  They wil probably want to repair it again.
