I've been planning for a while on buying a longboard for a while, just to cruise around the city. I know i want a pintail board but im not sure on lengths and wheel base.

Is there a specific length and wheelbase based of height and weight?

I'm 5'2" and 119lbs if that matters, Haha

Or any brands for decks wheels or trucks that you would recommend?

Any help, advice, or suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Thanks guys.

  2. it really doesnt matter just make sure ur comfertable with the board. i suggest a loaded, or a sector 9

  3. it depends on what you want to do on your longboard? just cruise, hill bomb or chuck in a few tricks here and there. basically the shorter it is the easier it carves and the longer it is the harder it is to carve but the longer it is the more controll you get when your going fast? get all that? lol but yeah you probs want about a 40" deck 65 - 70 mm wheels and for trucks i would have to say randall makes the best. good luck ;)
