Is it illegal to be called Kaiserin in Germany or Austria as a first name, or is it simply frowned upon, or what? Thanks for any help.

  1. If you can be called "Regine", from the Latin regina, meaning queen, why not Kaiserin? The word Kaiser comes from the Latin Caesar and many Italians have Cesare as a first name. There couldn't possibly be any objection!

  2. Isn't Adolf and Hitler also banned from being used as a name again too?
