Help with a new rig?

i just build a new rig when i switch on the machine i ve heard a long beeep what does means that??

There is a lot of info you neglected to tell but I will do with a bit of guessing. Assuming that the rig you have built is a boat and assuming that the boat is an outboard, it is probably the electronics running their usual self test and that beeep is telling you that everything is A OK.
